hi everyone... im in easy everything on oxford st in london... still waiting to come down after the amazing experience i had last night in heaven... surely one of the high points of my career so far. i found the london queens very hospitable and friendly.... and did everything they could to make me feel welcome. so about the show.... beforehand i was suffering severe nerves at the prospect of performing in front of 2000+ people in the main room of the worlds best known gay venue!!!!!! so anyhow.... jason prince went on first to launch his new single... another danced up version of evergreen (!) ... and all of a sudden it was time... i had sampled a speech from the classically naff sci fi flim legend.... tim currys voice is awesome.... and the room fell into silence... the crowd not truly knowing what to expect... then then beginning of mr mansons tainted love blasted out and i made my entrance... the crowd went NUTS!! i dont think the had saw anything quite like little old me before. so i preceded to stomp my way thorugh the track and then republicas drop dead gorgeous then finally wheatus 's a little respect... what i buzz.. it was amazing... during the final track i was joined on stage by miss darcy, mystique. glendora and a few other out of costume queens!! god it was fab... cant wait to get back!!! anyway enough huffing and puffing hehe! revv xx

well here i am.... such a long time without update... lazy mare i am! had an idea.. if anyone is actually interested in this diary.. please feel free to mail me at revvlon@hotmail.com ... and remind me to update it... cos i have the memory of a fruit fly! anyway.. been very busy of late. was meant to do gristle last friday... but was ill and couldnt make it down. so was in sharpshooter last night... had a great night... so refreshing to see queers dancing to rock. my own night FKD starts on wednesday 17th may in kremlin... geared towards studenty indie rocky people... the music will be truly mixed up from take that to slipknot... so should be fun... but more about FKD nearer the time. what else... ermm oh yeah.. i start to work in heaven in london this mon 22nd april... im so pleased to be working there ... its an amazing venue with an amazing monday night club popcorn,, so i cant wait to be a part of it. and thats about it folks... i so wanna keep this diary updated from now on... so like i said earlier .. dont be ashamed to email prod me!!! see ya's revv xx

hmmmm today saw me foray into the hetero-tastic world in b&q hardware! no matter how hard i searched... i just couldnt find their "wig modification apparatus" section. if only the designers of these strange and seemingly pointless (well pointless to me anyway) pieces of hardware knew what i had in store for them... uses they never would have dreamt of!! funny, but every appearance at alternative miss ireland has been preceeded by a visit to said hardware emporium.... maybe cairde should approach them for sponsorship!!! or maybe not! having watched the drag queen edition of the weakest link.... i was annoyed at the first round put outtal of titti. many people have been asking why i didnt do it... well the truth is that i was considered.. but they thought me too alternative/bizarre for their prime time show..... titti was the only one there who didnt look like some sort of panto dame throw back... but oh well. flying the flag for the unusual can mean having doors slammed in your face left, right and centre (see previous entry) but it just makes me more determined... i will not conform..... hehe

happy new year everyone.... due to technical problems... and mainly me being completely shite with computers... my diray has been defunct for dome time now... but hey its a new year... im back! what a mad christmas period!!!! im completely knackered! but it was fun i have to say. new years eve un the kremlin was complete madness... but what a good night, the atmosphere was amazing! ... even though i pride myself in not going in for these organised festivities type things! and with the entry of the new year.. comes the decision to make my third and final entry to alternative miss ireland this year... having been pipped twice (not bitter honest) .. im gonna give it one last shot! this is the first year that i actually have a good odea wot im doing more than 3 weeks ahead of the show! so maybe that will make the difference... who knows. to be honest, i dont really expect to win... but its such a good event and for such a good cause, i would be loathe not to take part in some shape or form. anyway... hope you's all are well... and will update soon hehe revv

YES FOLKS ... ITS OFFICIAL- I AM OFFICIALLY CRAP AT KEEPING UP TO DATE WITH MY DIARY!!!! ALRIGHT!!!! yes i have been in oz... yes im home in belfast again ... yeah yeah yeah, whatever!! hehe just to put the record straight (ahem) ! the reasons why i came home early are non sinister... i missed home a bit, realised my priorities, and that they mostly lie in the northern hemisphere.. and in that respect the trip was very valuable. so yes... im back in the kremlin... with renewed vigour and gusto... and am now ready to flail and flaunt revvlon for every bit of publicity she is worth!!!!! hehehe ... or something along those lines. gonna be dong a djing gig in club devout in galway on the (i think) 7th or 8th of december... anyway its a friday!!! so i have been hearing exciting reports about the place, and im looking forward to it. also looking at opening a gay/student orientated club in kremlin on 27th dec.... aimed at the retro alternative crowd.... which there appear to be lots of in belfast. inspired by melbournes q+a club... the music will range from klf to sisters of mercy and from kylie to metallica!!! so should be a laff... working title is rok candi.... but dont quote me yet .. hehe... anyway... im gonna try and keep my updates more regular from now on.... honest!!! bye for now ... revv

hmmmmm.... melbourne..... what a groovy place. its really sorta retro and bohemian mixed with modern commercial. and what lovely people who live in it. so friendly and laid back yay... fuck it im staying!!!!!! nah.. seriously... its lovely here.... i really miss home though... miss the kremlin too... jesus its only like been a week... but the distance is scary. loads of cool shops here, full of revvlonesque items.. * forsees chartering a whole plane to get home* got my first gig on wednesday in the afternoon believe it or not!!!! should be interesting.... oh yeah it was funny getting my platforms thru customs!! "have you worn these in any non metropolitan areas?? " --yes im always tilling the fucking soil in them... !! hehe
