The new group, currently based in Dublin, invites disabled
lesbians, gays and bisexuals to get involved in
establishing what promises to be an active social and information group
that aims to work with the disability and queer communities.
The group at present meets once a month to discuss aims, objectives
and activities. Among the ideas currently being discussed are: |
- social events;
- support and training for gay and lesbian organisations on disability
issues;
- support and training for disability organisations on lesbian and gay
issues;
- information for members on rights, health, arts and culture. |
